How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer nationwide delivery across NZ. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Rural deliveries may require an additional 2 days.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear or compression gear cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance gear?
Yes, all products sold on SportZone.co.nz come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
