Log into your SportZone account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn state.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our Auckland distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
